What if…..
What if our reality here on earth really is a “play” in the universe? You see, we all get a role to play, and we create the ever changing backdrops in this play. There’s no scene one and scene two, as this play is meant to continue into the abyss…. unfolding itself completely dependent on all the choices we make in our day to day lives. Even mother nature plays a part in this “play”.
Do you think it’s far fetched? Let’s just think about it for a second and see where our perspective ends up… Since we can’t all be the same character and there’s no “tryouts” for the roles, sometimes we have to take on a role that is needed in this play to help develop some of the other characters. So in this lifetime, we see or hear about a lot of things that we don’t care for and are quick to pass a judgement on…
someone who drinks and drives and kills a child (perhaps the loss of this child will help a parent to unconditionally love their next child);
perhaps a friend who likes things to be all about them (you see just a slight reflection of yourself , a gentle reminder to calm your ego);
a spouse that’s verbally abusive (only to have a witnessing child grow into a tender and loving individual who honors all of life’s creatures) …
Perhaps some of the great disasters that we’ve had has been about people remembering what really matters in life, remembering the small things and not the material things????
The character list is really endless. Yet, all are intended. Every being on this earth has a role to play, equally, in this life. The roles we play aren’t all of glamour and glitter, fortune and fame, although they also exist. Sometimes, the roles are those we’d consider less than desirable… roles we certainly wouldn’t want to play. Roles that somehow seem unacceptable to our beliefs, against all of the positiveness that we strive for. If all the roles were of a positive nature, perhaps it would take longer for us to realize our issues, and to grow out of them, for there wouldn’t be anyone there to bring our shadows to light.
I really believe that some of my greatest lessons have been from those who’s path I’ve crossed and we didn’t see eye to eye, or they irritated me in some way, etc.. I personally believe that some of our hardest lessons come from “souls” that we are very connected to on a higher level, yet, in this lifetime, they may present themselves as “an enemy of sorts” to bring about our greatest, deepest lessons. On a higher level of awareness, both souls know that love will always remain, and that NOTHING can break their soul connection.
What if…….
